When an order is submitted you are entering into a contract with Crag and Moor Ltd. and you may be bound by these terms and conditions.
Placing an Order.
Simply browse our online shop and add any items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on “Checkout” and follow the on-screen instructions to make a payment.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Electron. It is important that you provide the cardholder’s name exactly as it appears on the card and the address of the cardholder exactly as it appears on the card statement.Orders will not be dispatched until payment is cleared.
This is a completely secure site, which means, all information you send to this site, is encrypted using 128-bit encryption, the industry standard for dealing with sensitive information, so there is absolutely no risk in entering your card details.
We do not store your debit / credit card information, all details relating to your card payment will be destroyed once your order is fullfilled
Carriage charge on all items large or small is £0.00. Where large quantities are ordered, we will endeavour to pack as much as we can into one parcel. If more than one parcel is required then we will charge £0.00 to pack and deliver each parcel.
Where orders are placed before midday, we will endeavour to dispatch goods that same day, subject to availability. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. (Excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays).
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you by phone or email, before the transaction is processed, with an option to cancel your order or place the item on back order.
It is important that the correct delivery address is given at time of ordering. Any cost incurred by the return of undelivered goods due to incorrect delivery details being given, will be passed on to the customer. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange re-delivery and payment of carriage costs.
Return Of Goods.
Any unwanted goods must be returned to us unused, in original packaging with all tags still attached, within 10 working days of purchase. A full refund will be given, less delivery costs.
Any software (Satmap, Memory Map cards and discs etc) can only be returned to us for refund with packaging unopened. Once opened, we cannot accept these items back unless they are proven to be faulty and have not been registered either with Satmap or Memory Map. In which case, a replacement will be supplied free of all charges.
Goods returned as faulty will be examined to determine whether the fault is in the manufacturing and/or materials. Genuinely faulty goods will be refunded or replaced within a reasonable period of time (within two weeks). Goods found to have been damaged either maliciously, through misuse or the natural deterioration of materials through extended use will not be refunded.
Privacy and Data Protection.
Crag and Moor Ltd will not share customer’s personal details with any third party other than in order to process transactions and deliveries, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The only personal details we need from you are your title, full name & address, which are needed to fulfil your order.We do not share, sell or pass on any of your personal information to any third party. We will not contact you unless you have asked us to. We do not send flyers in the post, or weekly/monthly "Hot offer" e-mails. We do not run advertising campaigns by mail, e-mail, fax or phone.
This site uses temporary cookies, which basically assign a number to any visitor to follow that visitor's movement through our site and are immediately deleted as soon as you leave this site. No information/cookie is left on your computer, nor do we know anything about you unless you provide your contact details. These temporary cookies (also known as session cookies) do not infringe your privacy and are only used for either tracking your shopping cart through to payment and / or for logging information about which pages/products visitors view to give us a better understanding of visitors' intererst in certain areas of our site, and also how we can potentially improve our website. Pricing and Print Errors.
We have taken every care to ensure that our products are illustrated as clearly and accurately as possible. If any product is found to be incorrectly labelled or priced within our website, then we will contact customers as soon as possible to inform them of this.
